1. Eligibility for Refund:
   Refunds are considered only if the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or scope outlined in your contract or proposal. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of service delivery or milestone completion.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
   Refunds are not available in cases where:
   • The client changes their mind after project approval or milestone acceptance.
   • Delays or issues arise due to client-provided content, assets, or information.
   • Third-party costs, licenses, or subscriptions have been paid on behalf of the client and are non-refundable.
3. Approval Process:
   Refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, it will be approved. SUNDARAM reserves the right to request supporting documentation to validate the refund request.
4. Refund Method:
   Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days. This includes bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, or any other payment method used for the transaction.
5. Partial Refunds:
   In cases where partial work has been completed and accepted, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of SUNDARAM, based on the portion of work delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution:
   Any disputes related to refunds will be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
